Pokon Bio Coconut Potting soil 10 liters is ideal for potted plants. During planting, your hands remain clean. The coconut also provides an airy and open structure of the soil, allowing the roots to grow quickly. Pokon Bio Coconut Potting soil consists of composted coconut fiber, derived from the soft coconut bark. This soil is 100% natural and also contains nutrition for 3 months! This soil is a pure and honest basis for pot plants. Because the coconut fiber works like a sponge, less watering is sufficient, and it has a very high water holding capacity.

Instructions for use

• Use a clean pot.
• Place a layer of hydro grains at the bottom of the pot. Hydro grains provide a better moisture management in the pot.
• On top of the hydro grains, apply a layer of fresh Pokon Bio Coconut Soil.
• Submerge dry plants in water and then put the plant in the pot.
• Fill the pot up to the rim with potting soil and then press it loosely.
• Consider a pouring edge of at least 2 cm.
• Then water abundantly.

Organic nutrition
This potting soil has been fertilized with Pokon EKO-Mix 10-4-4, this is allowed for use in organic farming according to EU standards 834/2007 and 889/2008.

Care advice
Due to the coconut fiber base, you don't have to water as often as with a 'normal' potting soil. Therefore, you should only water your plants when the soil feels dry. After 3 months the nutrition has worn off and we advise you to feed your plants with additional plant nutrition.
