Tips for a beautiful and healthy cactus & succulent

  • Cacti and succulents grow originally in an environment where it is often very dry. They therefore ask for a soil that allows for quick absorption and drainage of water. The ideal soil must therefore consist largely of sand. Pokon Cactus Soil contains extra sand, is airy and well water permeable, so that the cacti and succulents can absorb water well;
  • Cacti do not need water from November to March (Winter period). Cacti like a cool and dry period during the winter;
  • Put the cactus in a place with a lot of light, preferably in a warm place on the window sill. Please note that the plant is not in the bright afternoon sun. Pour cacti into small pots each year and cacti in large jars every 2 to 3 years. Do that preferentially for bloom in spring;
  • The cactus desires a pot of pottery. Water dries into it faster.
